The museum has a special room for the participation of the UN.
Their role was important enough to be treated specially.
This is the UN flag and a cemetery with TV tombstone. The real UN national cemetery is in Pusan. 2,300 UN fallen soldiers are buried here.
The UN resolution to support South Korea passed with 7 voting in favor, 1 against and 2 abstaining.
The UN exhibition was not big like the others but touch. Moving sayings captured my attention and this is the most memorable one.
“Our nation honors her sons and daughters who answered the call to defend a country they never knew and a people they never met.”
The stamps of the countries that participated in the Korea war are displayed at the end. 16 countries supported the troops, 5 countries gave medical support and 14 countries supported with money.
